By downloading, installing, or using BloomSync ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

BloomSync is a menstrual cycle tracking and wellness application that allows users to:

• Track menstrual cycle phases and predict future periods
• Log daily symptoms, moods, and flow intensity
• Access wellness articles and health insights
• Set cycle-related reminders and notifications
• Export personal health data

3. Medical Disclaimer

BloomSync is intended for informational and personal tracking purposes only. The app:

• Does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Should not be used as a contraceptive method or fertility treatment
• Provides predictions and estimates based on user-provided data, which may not be accurate
• Is not a substitute for professional medical consultation

If you have health concerns, please consult your doctor or healthcare provider.

4. Account Registration

To use BloomSync, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, your name, and a password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information

5. Subscriptions & Payments

BloomSync offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Weekly: $3.99 per week (includes 3-day free trial)
• Monthly: $9.99 per month
• Yearly: $39.99 per year

Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings or through the App Store.

Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Share your account credentials with others

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of BloomSync — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of BloomSync and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. User Data

Your health data (cycle information, symptoms, moods) is stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloomSync shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your data
• Any health decisions made based on information provided by the app
• Inaccuracies in cycle predictions or phase calculations
• Service interruptions or app unavailability

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Canceling your subscription through the App Store
• Signing out and deleting the app
• Requesting account deletion by contacting support

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of BloomSync after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
